Giving feedback is a must, not an option.
At times, we all wonder if we've done our job well or feel the urge to commend a colleague for their exceptional work.
At times, we are unhappy about a situation or person and want to give feedback.
We tend to say that "Giving feedback is a must, not an option". By doing that, we grow as individuals and as organisation.
Feedback can be shared in several ways:
- Immediately – when the moment feels right
- In tactical meetings as a tension
- One-on-one meetings
- During team retrospectives
- During team team antenna sessions
We learn by feedback.
